Asian American Dream (AAD) was founded in May 2021 to forge new pathways to career success for a historically overlooked population.
Our mission is to provide mentorship networks, professional development training, and career advancement opportunities for underserved AAPI undergraduates, with the goal of helping them achieve their unique vision of the Asian American dream.
Income Disparity
The top 10% of AAPI earners make 11 times the bottom 10% — the largest income disparity of any racial group in the United States. We exist to change this.
