As a first-generation college student and the eldest daughter of Vietnamese refugees, I understand the pressure of balancing what is expected of you and your dreams. I have worked in sociology research, education, and nonprofit organizing before delving full-time into the entertainment industry. Currently, I work as an assistant in television, primarily in development and production. Some of my resume includes Good Trouble (Hulu) and Netflix is a Joke. Utilizing my background in sociology, much of my work revolves around inclusive storytelling and substantially diverse visibility. I am open to mentees who might still be figuring out who they are and what careers they’re interested in. I am here to support, encourage, and guide students in discovering their interests and post-grad goals. |
