Kaushiki Tewary

​Kaushiki Tewary is an accomplished finance professional, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Dimensional Fund Advisors. She brings a wealth of expertise to her role with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business. At Dimensional, Kaushiki is instrumental in managing the firm's largest client relationships and advancing understanding of Dimensional's investment philosophy focused on applying empirical science to practical investment solutions.
 
Beyond her professional endeavors, Kaushiki is deeply committed to empowering the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. She joined The Asian American Dream in 2021 and has since played a role in facilitating professional development workshops aimed at advancing underrepresented AAPI individuals in corporate America before joining the Advisory Board. Additionally, her involvement with Sewa International, The Pad Project, and NICSA's Diversity Project North America initiative underscores her dedication to inclusion, community engagement, and service. Through these initiatives, Kaushiki has contributed significantly to the career growth and empowerment of underrepresented individuals, exemplifying her commitment to driving positive change.
 
Kaushiki was born in India and grew up in France and the UK before moving to the US. She currently resides in Austin, TX, and frequently visits her hometown of Houston, TX to enjoy time with her mother, father, brother, and rescue dog, Lime. She is trained in Odissi dance, a classical Indian dance from eastern India, and has performed at venues across Texas. She also has a deep love for travel, enjoys exploring vegetarian and vegan-friendly cuisines, and dabbles in film photography in her downtime.
