Kevin Ha

Founder & Executive Director
Kevin is an impact-driven, nonprofit leader motivated by empowering others and building community. As the Founder and Executive Director of Asian American Dream (AAD), Kevin is tasked with advancing its mission of providing mentorship networks, professional development training, and career advancement opportunities for underserved AAPI undergraduates, with the goal of helping them achieve their unique vision of the Asian American dream. 

Since founding AAD in 2021, Kevin has scaled the organization to serve 200 mentees and 200 mentors annually. Most recently, he was selected as a 2024-2025 Obama USA Leader by the Obama Foundation and a 2024 Fellow by The EGF Accelerator, respectively. Prior to AAD, Kevin worked in the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. In his free time, Kevin is a major foodie and enjoys playing competitive tennis in New York City.
