Pia KrishnamurtiHi! My name is Pia, and I work as a research analyst within the healthcare sector at Ipsos. As a cell biology and neuroscience major in college, I spent many hours in lab working with c. elegans genes to better understand autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disorder. This helped me understand my love for research and assisting others in disease findings. I love analyzing data, and seeing the impact of my findings in full blown clinical trials! :) I am currently working on a project that works to understand metastatic breast cancer better, which I’m super excited about. In my free time, I love to laugh, read, volunteer, eat great food and be active. I would love a mentee who is naturally curious with an analytical mind, and loves to learn.

Muntaha (Moon) RanaI had graduated Rutgers University with a bachelor's in Economics and started work as an Underwriter (Risk Analyst) in Chubb insurance. After almost 3 years of work, networking, shadowing, and life experience, I had come to realize that I did not want to pursue a career in finance, and instead in healthcare. I quit my corporate job in March 2021 and have since worked in different clinic jobs such as Patient Transporter, Medical Receptionist, and now Medical Scribe to figure out what career I would like to pursue before investing in any more education. After that experience in the healthcare field and networking, I've narrowed down my path to becoming a doctor and am preparing for med school applications this coming summer. My interests are physical fitness (climbing, lifting, calisthenics, etc.), economics, medicine, biotechnology, meditation, nutrition, and more.
