Rita Wang

​Rita Wang is a data-driven, results-oriented consultant who’s passionate about Leadership Development. With over 15 years of experience in People Operations, she brings a robust continuous improvement approach to her clients. Rita’s passion lies in bringing out the best in people and organizations and helping them realize their potential to effectively lead. She's currently a Leadership Development Specialist at Babson College.

Rita was the 5th member to join Peak Advisory Consulting, where her work focused on project management, DE&I training, social media, and business development.

Before joining Peak, Rita was an Associate Director at Commonwealth Corporation. She oversaw the Workforce Training Fund Programs (WTFP) grants management process. Rita also led and facilitated several presentations and initiatives focused on developing staff and leaders’ knowledge of productivity-enhancing technical systems and innovative processes. 

Additionally, Rita spent almost a decade with PwC as a Learning & Development Program Manager, responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale leadership development programs. Rita spearheaded, designed, and produced learning experiences to develop leaders from interns to partners at every phase of their careers. Rita is known for her impact on successful experiences, organizational / project management skills, and incredible attention to detail. Over the years, she’s developed an extensive business acumen in assessing situations utilizing various data analysis techniques and developing creative, customized solutions for her clients.
  
Rita is currently located in Boston, MA. In her spare time, Rita coaches newer professionals that are starting their careers. She’s also a serious foodie - her favorite activities include trying different restaurants, watching cooking shows, and learning how to create delicious meals.
